“Many pupils in our school belong to poor family have greater possibility of dropping out in school due to hunger that caused malnutrition. The health and nutrition of these learners are crucial factor affecting their academic performance. The school’s Gulayan sa Paaraalan address this issue by educating pupils, parents/guardians, teaching and non-teaching personnel the correct methods of sustainable food production such as vegetable production and consumption which are applicable to their homes and most importantly for household security. This will also teach them improve their nutritional status, produce food and changing family food habits. It also aims to establish school gardens to serve as main source of food to sustain supplementary feeding. There are 161 pupils benefitted the said project.Planting vegetables in limited space and lack of sunlight is possible. |

Teachers have greater awareness and development of offline and online available resources to enhance ICT in numeracy and can cause with confidence, sharing, websites and other resources electronically.

1. Finalized and submitted the copy of School DRR Contingency plan for the BIg One. 2. 100 percent of Teachers, NTP and Pupils participated in the conduct of orientation. 3. 64 Teachers and 14 NTP attended the DRRM Seminar 4. 8 units of CCTV has been installed in school buildings 5. 4 PCS Heavy duty megaphone was purchased and strategically installed in the school building. 6. 3 two way radios available for emergency calls. 7. 3 functional emergency Alarm has been installed |
Waste, Wise for Rice Program -Brgy Bf Homes Sk Project/Ecobricks Project Masville Elem. School
“In line with one of the objectives of Radiant-Masville’s Go-Green Program to minimize waste and promote Reduce, Re-use, Re-cycle and under Core 2: Resources Sustainability, Masville Elementary School is participating to the WASTE WISE FOR RICE Program, A project of SK of Barangay BF Homes. The students were encouraged to reduce and re-use plastic waste into “Eco-Bricks” by packing plastic bottles with used plastic to make it dense to create a reusable building block. This activity is aimed at reducing plastic waste in the school environment and the surrounding community and in turn minimizes plastic wastes going to the landfills and since Paranaque City is a “City by the bay”; reducing plastic waste that eventually goes into the oceans polluting our marine environment. 200% (800 ecobricks =800 kilograms of rice) All of the target students from Grades 4 to 6 (original target) participated in the said program and the original target was exceeded during the reporting period because students from Kinder and Grades 1 to 3 also participated” |
PROJECT GADGET “Tulong Gadget Para sa Kinabukasan Ko”
The PROJECT GADGET “Tulong Gadget Para sa Kinabukasan Ko” is a collaborative project of Resource Mobilization Team of Brigada Eskwela 2020. It aims to promote camaraderie among the stakeholders of Radiant Masville. The target is to have 40 gadgets used and unused donation from our school partners. For the record, we received 30 brand new tablets, 5 used android phone and 1 used tablet with total of 36 gadgets (90%). Last November 13, 2020 the school conducted turn -over of gadgets to student recipients in the presence of GPTA officers, alumni representative, teachers, and private sector. We already conducted regular monitoring of recipients of gadget remotely using our school-based tool.

1. Followed the School Numeracy Program Continuity Plan 2. Gave at least 5 item exercises focus on 4 Fundamental Operations every Friday 3. Provided additional printed weekly activity sheets for learners who have no gadgets. 4. Provided online platform on how to give additional activities to learners who have gadgets. |
